About AOA
Diversifying Beyond · Autumn Cohort 2026
Practitioners from global asset owners, fund managers and advisors, in boardroom-format sessions with African allocators.
Faculty and contributors
Working sessions are expert-facilitated and delivered alongside global asset owners, fund managers and key advisors. Speakers are drawn from the institutions hosting the programme, so delegates hear from the people who run institutional portfolios rather than from managers pitching product.
Session formats
Boardroom-format exchanges inside UK and global institutions, covering how they govern, allocate and oversee long-horizon portfolios.
Closed-door discussions between senior allocators facing the same mandate questions.
Focused briefings on structuring, diligence, co-investment and approval pathways, aligned to each stage of the programme.
Asset owners, managers and advisors who would like to contribute to a future cohort are invited to speak to the convenor.
Diversifying Beyond
An implementation platform engineered to bridge the gap between strategic intent and live execution.
The full platform runs 11–24 October 2026 across two working weeks in London.
The Asset Owners Africa team leading the programme and delegate confirmations.
Hosted inside the institutions — peer exchange between allocators, not a manager pitching product to a prospect.
