About AOA
Diversifying Beyond · Autumn Cohort 2026
Venue, key dates, visas and logistics for the Autumn 2026 cohort.
Venues
Sessions take place at Corinthia London, the Institute of Directors and other venues across central London, including host-institution sessions and site visits. The Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED, provides the programme's private governance workspace.
Executive sessions run 09:00–17:00 on core strategy days and 09:00–13:00 on days with afternoon Executive Office availability. The weekend of 17–18 October is the delegate's own time.
Logistics
Visa support
Official visa support documentation, including a personalised invitation letter, is issued immediately on confirmation. UK Standard Visitor processing commonly takes three weeks or more, before biometric appointment lead times. Start immediately on mandate confirmation — AOA cannot influence visa processing timeframes.
Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged by the delegate or fund. Where procurement rules make a single purchase order simpler, AOA can arrange accommodation at the programme hotel and invoice it as a separate line.
Transport
Local programme transport between venues is included in the fee. International travel is arranged by the delegate or fund.
Delegate confirmations, visas and accommodation are handled by the AOA team.
Diversifying Beyond
An implementation platform engineered to bridge the gap between strategic intent and live execution.
The full platform runs 11–24 October 2026 across two working weeks in London.
