Locations

London, Dubai, New York & Washington DC

The 2027 cohorts meet in London (Summer and Autumn), Dubai (April) and New York & Washington DC (dates to be announced). Venues and host institutions are confirmed for each cohort, and AOA arranges delegation transport between venues each day.

Programme days typically run from 08:00 to around 21:00, opening with a working breakfast and closing with a networking debrief. Each two-week cohort includes Executive Office time so senior leaders keep oversight of their institutions.

Before you travel

  • Visa support

    Entry clearance

    Official visa support documentation, including a personalised invitation letter, is issued immediately on confirmation. Processing times vary by destination — UK Standard Visitor applications commonly take three weeks or more — so start immediately on mandate confirmation. AOA cannot influence visa processing timeframes.

  • Accommodation

    Programme hotel

    Accommodation is arranged by the delegate or fund. Where procurement rules make a single purchase order simpler, AOA can arrange accommodation at the programme hotel and invoice it as a separate line.

  • Transport

    Getting around

    Local programme transport between venues is included in the fee. International travel is arranged by the delegate or fund.
