A 20-minute executive briefing to align institutional allocation priorities and verify platform fit.

Procurement and fee issuance
Issuance of formal quotation, pro-forma invoicing and compliance vendor packs.

Mandate confirmation and onboarding
On formal acceptance, delegation seats are confirmed, visa support documentation is issued and pre-deployment technical sessions are scheduled.

Terms in brief

Term	Position
Substitution	Another qualifying executive from the same institution, at no charge, up to seven days before the programme opens.
Cancellation	50% refunded 30 or more days before, or the full fee carried to the next edition. Within 30 days, fully transferable.
Visa refusal	Fee transferred in full to the next edition, or refunded at the fund's election.

Hosts
Hosted inside the institutions — peer exchange between allocators, not a manager pitching product to a prospect. Host institutions for 2027 will be confirmed for each cohort.
